If the item you recieved is different then pictures, please let us know within 5 working days of receiving the item. When the item has been returned in good condition, you will get a full refund of purchase price. Please also note colors may be slightly different due to each screen/phone shows colours differently.

We use DHL polybags for the packaging. In the package there is also another envelope that covers the underwear.
On the invoices we usually mention the package content as “Womens Lingerie” , if you have a request due to more privacy, we can change it to something like “shorts” , please mention this request in the notes section during check out.
