Altpanties is a small business shop located in Istanbul-Turkey. We are shipping from Turkey to all over the world and most of our customers are from the United States and UK.

We started as two close friends who love to create new things and play with colours. We are both two engineers but after some of our custom products got well known on the internet we wanted to open our own websites instead of continue selling on marketplace websites. We quit our 9 to 5 jobs and now working solely for our customers in our design studio .

We love the work we do now and hope you do as well.

We use one of the best brands in seamless lingerie in our country, this company also makes production for big brands, so our base panties are same quality as brands but just in different name.

Yes ! We use best print materials, stable to wash and we also would like to mention our dyes and print materials are all from a well known brand from Europe which respects health and enviromental laws.

We follow Euro sizes. If you are not sure of your Euro size, please check our size conversation chart . You can also message us if you are not sure of the chart.

-Express Shipping – Worldwide delivery after your order takes maximum 7 days !

We use DHL Express Rush Shipping for all orders and our packages never have custom fee issues.

Process time; 1-3 days ( please give us some time to post your order )

Shipping time; European countries – 1 day UK – 1 day US, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa, South America, and all others – 3 days

Important notice for US army addresses; Please do not enter an army address, international courriers are not accepting packages for army address. If your address is US army addesss we will post this order with registered air mail (national post) and this may take up to one month.

-Standard Shipping – We removed this postage method as we were having customer complaints. Many packages got lost or came back from the United States.

No return is accepted for wrong size, please choose your size carefully.

If the item you recieved is different then pictures, please let us know within 5 working days of receiving the item. When the item has been returned in good condition, you will get a full refund of purchase price. Please also note colors may be slightly different due to each screen/phone shows colours differently.
